One year with the VF1 and it rocks

2003-12-11 by jfkkiller.geo

Hey people, I'm new to this forum and to some of the files in here
(editors and stuff).

I've had the VF1 for more than a year, and i just have a few things
to say.

1st. The VF1 is mainly guitar oriented, it has all the effects you
can ever want and you can use all of the other patches in it with
guitar.

2nd. Distortion sounds and emulations are great, perhaps not as
great as the real thing, but with the amp set on flat settings(mid5,
low5, high5, no reverb) you can work really well.

3rd. If you really like the dist sound of your amp you can always
just asign other effects, or as I just found out today, the vf1 has
an enhancer, a Graphic EQ and chorus or delay(that can work like
chorus) in a single patch, you can set the enchancer and opther
effects and it works just like a BBE Sonic Maximizer, just pop some
good Eq on the clean channel or use another patch for cleans!

I've gotten some really good miles out of this unit, and can't
complain, i play jazz, blues, metal, progressive, i just took a year
or so to get to know the unit! But it's worth it, it's better than a
GT series pedal!

If you want info or help with this thing email me i'll be glad to
help!

Oh shit Boss discontinued it!! So keep yours it's a really powerful
tool!
