The ADA MC-1 (?) Foot controller also works with phantom power. Seems like I
recall it uses the 7-pin cable and 9VAC like the Ground Control.

The Rocktron does also but the pins are different from the Ground Control.

Rolls makes a pretty inexpensive pedal called the
Midibuddy (around $100 new) that actually accepts
power through a 5 pin cable (only 3 pins of the normal
5 pin midi connecter actually carry a signal...so
Rolls uses the other 2 unused pins to send phantom
power....I don't know why they're the only company who
does this?). Rolls also makes a small little box that
does the same thing as David's home made box (inserts
phantom power into the two pins that the Rolls
Midibuddy pedal looks for to power it).
Unfortunately, they don't make the phantom power box
anymore (it's called a MP-26), but you can find them
(like I did) on Ebay every once in a while. I paid $3
for it on ebay and $48 for a used Midibuddy pedal. If
you can't find the MP-26 phantom power box on ebay,
download the manual for the Rolls Midibuddy pedal and
it shows the schematic for which two pins you send
phantom power through, so you could build a box like
  David's.
