Boss VF-1 Effect Processor

Is there a nobel peace prize for scanning documents?  For the 2 years I've
been on the group everyone has asked about this and zninjatunes has done it
- what if we all paypal him $0.50 or a buck each for solving this, and for
his trouble of taking a couple of hours work?
