Boss VF-1 Effect Processor

Dear all,
Today i was trying to upload a patch using soundiver 3.0 but anything 
went wrong and now the unit is not working.
Now when i start it, only the initial screen saying (VF-1) appears. I 
can´t get into the patches screens or so.
Please, anyone of you have an answer for this problem?
Can i reset the unit using an external midifile or pressing any 
combination of buttons in the front pannel, whatever!
Please HELP. I´d like to keep on working with this gear for many years, 
it´s really great.
