Boss VF-1 Effect Processor

Anyone using a Yamaha MFC-10 with the Boss VF-1?

I'm trying to use the MFC-10 to change patches, use the expression
pedal for volume and a Function to operate the VF-1 tuner. Any help
would be appreciated.
