Boss VF-1 Effect Processor

Hi!

Is there a manual or tutorial for the VF-1 editor?

It's an excellent little program that could be a lot of help to me. Some things are rather obvoius, others can be figured out with some experimenting, but some things I don't get to work (yet). Maybe I'll try to write a simple guide (on this Yahoo group) and can get some help with parts I haven't figured out..

Sorry, I dont't use that software. Even about the VF1 hardware module, I own mine for few weeks only, and I'm missing time to practice music these days. Good Luck !

One question:

I manged to connect the PC with the VF-1 with a USB - midi Cable. I have managed to dump the patches and also loaded them back to the VF-1. I think the "real time edits" was working at one Point in time, but now I get an error message "Error in midi call midiOut PpepareHeader....: Unable to send MIDI/patch parameter ...". But bulk loading is working, so there shold not be any issues with the MIDI settings. How to make the real time edits work?
