Boss VF-1 Effect Processor

been thinking about a gt-6 but i'm not ready to ditch the gt-3 so i 
was thinking of getting a vf-1 to use with the gt-3 does anybody 
currently do this? what is the deal with the vf-1 does it sound good, 
how are the delays and reverbs, do the non-guitar effects sound good 
on guitar, hows the tape echo, does it do any reverse delay effects? 
any help would be appreciated.

If you're using it for mostly guitar, chuck the GT3 and go for the '6! Amp
sims, distortion effects, and wahs are way better than the VF-1 or the GT3.
Also the GT6 isn't all that much different in price than a VF-1. You can
sell the GT3 (while they're still worth something) and more than make up the
price difference.
