Boss VF-1 Effect Processor

Dear friends,
I�ve uploaded 5 Midifiles containing 100 patches adapted from GP100 to 
your VF1�s.
Each midifile will replace 20 of your User-B Bank Patches. 
At the end you�ll have 100 great new patches in your gear.
Now your VF1 is really BIG!!!.

Sorry, but can you step me through how to get this into the VF-1 (I'm 
using Midi-Ox but ca't seem to figure it out).

Actually I can now get to the point where I get midi format err when I 
try to upload them. Am I missing something here?
