Or any super realistic acoustic instrument for that matter, in theory if you had enough horse power you could, but the instrument would be so complex you'd start introducing noise too, it's a loosing preposition. Use synthesis for what it does best, and if you want true/realistic acoustic instruments just use a VST, can't beat them at this point

I don't think it's possible to program satisfactory acoustic piano
with PD synthesis. That's the reason why samples and physical modeling
were invented - to get good piano sound. Try any digital piano for
this purpose. Don't expect this type of the sound from PD.
