This is true, but it doesn't mean that original creators of the  
program have lost their copyright to it.

And there must be some ethics, so sharing cracked software is still  
considered officially as non ethical behavior, piracy, and it's  
against the law.

Besides it's not allowed to share such software here on yahoo groups.

There are many other - unofficial - ways how to share and get such  
software, anybody can find them and use.
