I have a website and uploads to my site have also been super slow--much slower than it used to be. Could be that with so many malicious stuff out there and so many malevolent "people" uploads are scoured at far more nodes than they used to be.
As a moderator of another Yahoo Group, I am aware that they do a pretty thorough job of weeding out spam and other malicious posts. Tons of stuff seems to get rejected or bounced or filtered out for good reasons. As for me, I am glad they are scouring posts and uploads. JMO.
If you really, really want to complain, now that Yahoo is owned by Verizon, you could try writing e-mails to or calling Verizon. Again, that is up to you on how you want to spend your time.
