VZ card help needed.

2005-05-05 by mikenjus

Hello,

I own a Casio PG380 synth guitar.

I have 1 VZ card - purchased eons ago - and would like to obtain more.
Are they still available?
Is it possible to make my own?

Any info would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks!

Mike

As far as I know Casio dropped support for their pro synth stuff long
ago, I doubt you can find new ones. Used ones may be around, perhaps.

If you can find a suitable connector, then yes it is, in theory. You'd
need the tech specs for the cards (down to the circuitry) and a
substantial knowledge of digital electronics, but it should be possible.

Alternatively, if you can track down the specs then maybe someone could
help you out, if they have lots of free time on their hands.

Unfortunately meeting those conditions may be next to impossible.
