CZ1 Aftertouch assembly replacement

I have my CZ1 apart to change the backlight and I am going to swap out the aftertouch assy. I have one from a dead Yamaha SY22 and will be trying to see if it will fit in the CZ. Has anyone ever seen where you can purchase the strain gauge assy to replace an aftertouch strip? Somebody must make them for all the different synths out there.
