Probably a CR2032, like a lot of synths (and computers).

To be sure, have a look inside your CZ-101 and you'll know !

The CZ101 and CZ1000 do not have internal lithium batteries to store
the memory. They have a compartment on the bottom which holds 6 D cell
1.5 volt batteries. This 9 volt battery supply is what the CZ101 &
CZ1000 uses to retain its memory when power to the synth is turned
off. The 9 volt battery supply can also run the synth for a couple of
hours but once you drain the batteries, you will also lose whatever you
have in memory. When you change weak batteris for new ones, you can
change the batteries without losing the memory, if you put the new ones
in right away since the memory will be retained without power for a
short time.
