Vince and fellow VZers;

   I did some research through the archived forum threads
on the EZ-VZ website (http://www.chatpage.co.uk/easyveezee/)
and read that many folks have had problems with this patch editor and that
Steve Gutteridge (moderator and editor creator) no longer has the ability
to modify or troubleshoot the editor any longer. Anyone care to chime in
this subject or other dedicated VZ patch editors?

  A replacement screen can be had through this gentleman.
(http://www.midi-rakete.de/eng/ceinbau.htm)
at el-foils in Germany. If anyone has replaced their screen and has used
this guy's product, can you let us know how easy it was and how was this
guy to deal with? Thanks.

Fellow VZers;
I have been trying unsuccesfully to get the patch editor
available here through this group to work with my VZ-1. Any help
would be apprecieted.
I am running Windows 2000 on a Dell 410 workstation with an
Audigy Sound Blaster. Midi in/out connected directly to the VZ-1, no
midi patchbay middleman.
I have put the vbrun300 patchh for use with windows for the patch
editor in the system and system32 folders.
I have turned off the memory protection and midi settings in the
VZ-1 as instructed in the patch editor, no luck sending to or
receiving from the VZ-1 to the patch editor.
I also tried Bomes send sx and this seems to work in receiving
from the VZ-1 but you have to save the midi data as a sysx file type
and the patch editor doesn't seem to accept these file types.
Am I missing something or doing something wrong? Any input would
be welcome, just NO SPAM. Thanks folks, Love my CASIO.
