noone has been banned, all sentient beings are welcome, even worms.  i 
have contacted affected listmembers, and temporarily set their accounts 
to "moderate" until this is cleared up... they can still receive and 
post messages, but there may be a slight delay until their legit 
messages are approved.  no impact to the rest of you snakes. sorry for 
the inconvenience.
