Gary, The INIT routine in maf-lfo2.bas contains approximately 1.2 seconds of delay in a for/next loop to flash the LEDs on and off, and then another 100ms before it even looks for the start signal from either the start button or input. Each of your three PSIM-1 modules may be in a different part of the loop before getting the start signal. Try the attached file. I modified the INIT sequence and removed the pauses and blinking LEDs. This is as close as you'll get to a synced startup sequence. The ATOM-Pro processes approximately 100k lines of code per second. This is in a tight loop of 3 lines of code waiting for the *start*. Should be close enough. :) Let me know...
