I uploaded the top and bottom layer images: ComputerVoltageSource layers 4-18-07 (unverified).pdf This is a continued modification of my original PCB that includes the I2C modifications and other minor tweaks. It has not been built (hence the 'unverified' nomenclature). Print it out and look at it full size. Those are the pads and clearance without solder mask. Then imagine 50 wires on it while you are trying to debug solder shorts. It is just slightly undersized but gives you the idea. Now, imagine someone else laying it out slightly larger board, adding additional clearance, changing the SMT to DIP, and fabricating it with solder mask. Now you have a board that is buildable. A 5x7 www.pcb-pool.com 10 pack with solder mask would be $40 each. A 5x7 pcbexpress.com 2 pack with solder mask would be $120 each. Dave
