I primarily do my own protoypes. If you had a enough boards you could
try going to a
contract assembly house that does prototypes.

One place that comes to mind is http://www.screamingcircuits.com
They state that they will assembly a single board but the cost must be
extremely high. The money would probably be better spend on tools ;-)
