ComputerVoltageSources

So far I've received feedback on one error in the parts list. I had 
four 100K resistors listed as 100R's. I've decided to just post an 
error log in the "Files > Hardware > CVS Module" folder for now. When 
satisfied that everything has been verified I will update the 
documentation all at once.

I've also closed the poll. Results were 2:1 to hold the files until 
validated with these early builds.
