My very own Evolver just arrived at my door, literally about 30 minutes ago... Normally at this point I'd still be buried in headphones, tweaking those knobs...but I just had to stop for second and say "Great job on the preset patches!" because I know some of the contributers are on this mailing list. They are *all* great, but I have to say that when I reached patch #41 in Bank 1, I actually shouted out loud "F#*K YEAH!!!" even though there was no else one around to hear it ;) THAT patch is the kind of stuff I was hoping to hear from this machine. Like someone else has already said, the Evolver has definitely met, and even exceeded, my expectations. And that's saying a lot for only 30 minutes worth of listening. Dave Smith has designed another winner!
