Spectralab - A standard MIDI file, or any other format you want to use is fine. I'll use a hexadecimal editor to get at the data if I have to! ;) If by chance you're not familiar with dumping program data from the Evolver, check out the following topic in the EX5Tech forum: Using MIDI-OX to Save & Load Evolver Patches http://www.ex5tech.com/ex5ubb_cgi/ultimatebb.cgi? ubb=get_topic&f=23&t=000013 (Note: If your email client or the Yahoo group splits the link above onto two lines, you may need to copy/paste the link into your browser address bar.) As the title suggests, these instructions use MIDI-OX, and not a software sequencer, and the output is a standard SysEx file rather than a MIDI file. However, the instructions may help if you've never done this before. BTW, MIDI-OX is a *great* general purpose MIDI utility, and you should check it out. I find it an indispensable tool, especially with the Evolver. Thanks in advance for sharing your work with the rest of the community. I look forward to hearing your sounds!
