Dave Smith Instruments SYNTHESIZERS

I have an empty bank 4 also, so I'm guessing that the
bank of patches was in the 1.5 version and not 1.6. I
didn't get around to updating until 1.6 was available
so I skipped the 1.5 PIC file entirely.
