I think so. Although the user interface does impose certain
restrictions (and the matrix is "full"). 
One thing that surprised me was the lack of options for dynamically
stepping the digital waveforms - unless you use the onboard sequencer
you're a bit stuck (unlike the Monowave, plug plug ;) - I don't think
that the parameters are even available as MIDI CCs, just sysex which
is a little surprising given this synth's pedigree.
I could, of course, be wrong.
