And thanks from me as well for this thread - I ended up ordering 
Frostwave one last night.  Funny that this thread came up as I just 
received my paycheck :-)

High resonance setting seem to be a bit different on this unit from the 
demo on the site, which I liked a lot.  It almost sounds like the 
filter sound I've heard on Primal Scream's Exterminator album...

I kinda wish Evolver's LFOs & env could be sent externally as CV now...
