Just wanted to drop a quick note to say "Happy New Year" to all you 
gals & guys.  Hope you have a great and safe time.

I'm a little slow posting pics and initial impressions at EX5Tech of 
the beta Poly Evolver rack I have, but I'll try to get that done 
soon.  I've been busy programming some (hopefully decent!) pads and 
comps and combo sequences for the Poly.  It's still very "beta-ish", 
with some bugs to work out, new features to implement, etc.  However, 
this is a VERY nice machine.  It reminds me somewhat of the Prophet 5 
sound, but with the addition of the digital oscillators, and with 
some of the idiosyncrasies of the CS-80, especially when you use 
the "Osc Slop" feature.  Very fat, and very nice polyphonic analog 
sounds!
