But some clarification still
necessary:
1. In regard to the exchange offer for the copies
of Reality, how many samples will you require?
2. In regard to the samples for SurReal offer,
again, how many samples do you want?
3. In either case, the deal in regard to a full
release to you by the provider for the samples provided should only remain
effective if you indeed decide to give the software to the provider. That is,
if, for example, I provide you with a CD full of samples and a release, if you
rejected my samples and didn't give me software in return (which is your choice)
then the release would be void. Fair right?
4. What about credit?
Other than those minor things, without spending any
time wondering whether the value of software is commensurate with the skill and
time required for the samples (I am sure it is and if it isn't, throwing in some
credit would easily fill the void), this sounds like a good and fair
offer!

professional manner that I can use, and use as I see fit, no strings
attached, and I will send you a reg'd Reality.
Email me samples as above (3 x 10 MB's min. ) and I'll give you a
downloadable Reg'd version of SurReal.
I'll offer 3 Reality's for now and as many SurReals as required. So
if your interested in sending me a CD indicate it here. First come
first serve. Submissions by Mid January.
Samples should be 44k Stereo, roughly 4 to 20 seconds long. Try and
get an original starting pitch :)
I have talked with Dave about getting samples for promotion, but not
like this. He may want to veto this for now.
