Sorry for the delay. Between computers, music, and work, something had 
to give.  Anyhow, if anyone wants to see what state the guide is in, 
e-mail me at anukirk@... and I will send you what I have so far.

I do not want to post it to the group until it is finished.

Here's what's missing:
* Sequencer exercises don't have correct values
* Some sequencer exercises not finished
* Sequencer triggering section incomplete
* Making Sounds/full patch exercises not done (includes analog basics, 
drone, 1-finger chord, drum sounds, drum beats)
* External Input section not done
* Best practices not done
* MIDI note to Seq. values table not done
* Default Waveshapes table w/descriptions not done
* Tuned Delay values/notes/frequences table not done
* All exercises need callouts to Evolver parameter numbers (i.e. Row X, 
Knob Y)

That said, the guide is already 86 pages long.  I am pretty happy with 
what I have so far.
