Nice one man, that's very helpful. BTW I've been hammering my Evo this weekend for the first time in months. Of course its always wonderful to come back to it. Once you've learnt the interface its really easy to remember where everything is... more so than many other synths IMO... remembering where patches rare is a bitch tho... I still find that many of my sounds don't work well in the context of compositions - its almost like the Evo has too much identity sometimes. What DOES work well for me is to contruct more or less an entire track on an evolver, using the sequencer and resonance carefully it is possible to create 5 or 6 lines which is not bad for a monosynth... and a huge amount of live variation can be created by live tweaking filter settings and even changing patches by hand on the fly. I will perform a half hour set of songs later this year, more or less based around just an evolver and a mic... maybe I'll take a nord micro and a kaoss pad too , considering the pile of crap I normally drag about with me the potential of thopse two tiny synths is pretty amazing....
