I can't vouch for the PEK, but you should be able to do this with the 'Mdr' Trigger mode, 
with the Key Synced LFOs.  This will cause the Envelopes to only be triggered by Midi, 
while resetting the Sequencer.  The LFOs will correspondingly be reset with the Midi note
