I just ordered an evolver and I am new to synthesis and midi.

I am trying to figure out what to buy in a keyboard midi controller.

I thought about the  EDIROL PCR-1 USB AUDIO/MIDI CONTROLLER  but I
noticed that it only sends midi through the usb connection to the
computer which I assume makes it good for controlling soft synths but
not for controlling an external midi device like the evolver.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a fairly cheap, small 25 or
37 key keyboard midi controller that works well with the Evolver?
