Dave Smith Instruments SYNTHESIZERS

I've been trying to get a hold of the sequencer on my evolver.  I've tried to tweak and i've 
tried to decipher the manual.

all i want to do is get a blank sequence, and program something from scratch.  

any ideas?

any help in getting to this process would be appreciated!
