Re: [Evolver] patches as text file

2006-01-15 by Ulrich Reuter

Hello Trevor,

I can paste from Clipboard a text from any text editor - the patch names have to be separated by CR (or how this is called, every name a new line.)
So you could also select, copy and paste those names from the Email:

nameone
NaMe2
thirdname

and have the 1st three patches named.

best

Ulrich

What format does the file have to be in for logic? Is it just a text representation of the data in hex (such as C0 54 A9). If so, it might be pretty easy to whip something up.

Subject: [Evolver] patches as text file

hi there

has anybody an idea how I can create a text (txt) file that contains
the memory contents of my polyevolver rack? (In order to paste it
into a Logic Environment Multi Instrument for example)
In the Soundtower Editor this doesn't seem possible.

Thanks, best wishes

Ulrich
