Dave Smith Instruments SYNTHESIZERS

Hi,

Has anyone else who has paid for this having trouble downloading it ?

I bought this yeterday (I'm in Australia) but get no link to download 
the software in the 'My Downloads' section of the PSICraft website. 
I've e-mailed sales@... for help as instructed but have 
received no response/assistance. I'm guessing that as its now the 
weekend that the two days I have to download this will expire.

Seems like when they spent two years getting this thing ready they 
forgot to test their online payments system. I hope this isn't a sign 
of things to come.
