Dave Smith Instruments SYNTHESIZERS

I'm having an issue with my Evolver.  It seems that whenever I adjust 
the length of a midi clip, my Evolver transposes.  A simple check of 
the transpose knob and it's revealed that nothing has changed.  This 
is very strange, and annoying.  This does not happen with my other 
synths (of which I have various kinds) and never has been a problem.  

I am currently using my Evolver as a sound engine - I do not use the 
internal sequencer.  All sequencing is done with Sonar 2.1 and I use 
the Aardvark LX6 as my midi i/o for my computer.

This only seems to happen when I start/stop the Sonar sequencer, and 
when I resize a midi clip.  Do any of you have ANY IDEA what might be 
causing this?  My Evolver is #00237.  Thanks in advance for the help.
