Thanks to all who responded to my question! I actually figured this out 
after fiddling a little more on my own. Here's how I did it (which is 
very close to what Stephen said):

Set Osc 3 and 4 levels to 50. Send a triangle LFO to Osc 3 with an 
amount of 100. Use a mod slot to send the same LFO to Osc 4 with an 
amount of -100. The LFO amount has to be twice the level of Osc because 
the LFOs are bipolar, and thus in this case, the Oscs will rise 50 and 
fall 50.

Personally, I think this is something that should be added to 
the "Definitive Guide to the Evolver," since it is so useful and 
so "evolver-like," especially if one combines it with wave sequencing.
