Dave Smith Instruments SYNTHESIZERS

Hi everyone,

I just bought a new MED about a month ago.  I am having an annoying
issue where the first encoder knob (Program) often likes to skip 2
increments ahead with one click of the knob.  Is this a flaw with my
MED, or it is a common issue you are supposed to just deal with?
