Did you check whether the foot controller can use both positive & negative values? If it can use only positive values, are you sending negatives? Is there some kind of on/off built in the controller in which you have to set the amount to a value other than 0-, on the synth, in order to use it (ie like the high pass filter)? Have you assigned the foot controller a destination? Are you controlling a destination that needs to have a value of at least 0 in order to be used, by anything (ie the HP filter), if so did you change the value to something other than 0?

Subject: [Evolver] Foot Controller CC problem - desktop evolverHi there
I just got myself a programmable midi knob box and am using it to
tweak a DSI Desktop Evolver (v.3) - everything works a treat except
for the foot controller. According to the manual this should operate
on CC3 (the breath controller works fine on CC2 for example), however
nothing seems to happen when I set it up this way. Am I missing
something? Has anyone else had similar problems?
I'm very keen to get this working, so thanks in advance for any
suggestions or advice.
