I just posted about a similar thing, there are quite a few parameters, which are really not suitable to tweak while recording the audio, OSC levels, OSC pitch, filter cutoff amount, K amount, for starters. they can all make discontinuous jumps in parameters, which will cause glitches, or stepping effects. it would be wonderful if all these parameters were smoothed so you could tweak them live, but until then, you might have to accept that its inevitable for a complex modular synth costing 350 pounds to have limitations. it might be better to focus on using the sequencer to modulate parameters rather than doing it by hand.
