I've used Lulu.com before to with good results. The only issue I have
with them is the rather large cut (20% I believe) they take from your
sales.

Thanks for creating and generously sharing your first class, top shelf,
first edition of The Definitive Guide. You really nailed it as a
companion piece, not only to the DSI manuals, but to evolving eVolver
owners. For me, your 4 1/2 pages on Hard Sync, with its guided hands-on
technique, was a perfect introduction for understanding, creating, and
messing with the Hard Sync sound.

I highly recommend that you check-0ut Lulu.com for publishing the second
edition. Their print-on-demand model means no initial outlay for you. 
You can create eBooks, and select your options for softcover and
harcover editions. Their quality is excellent. Their commission is
very reasonable. They offertheir own storefront as well as marketing
arrangements with Amazon.

Based on the very readable format on the first edition, I recommend a
standard landscape layout. You may want to offer a coil-wrap binding
for the softcover so that your readers can lay the book flat while
working-out your excercises. Others may have a different opinon on the
binding.
