In the case of the Jomox, in order > for it to sync to > incoming midi clock pulses, it then can only have a > resolution 24ppq. > Just some random ppq info that I hope can help.. yupp.. and logic audio that i use for seq. sends midibeatklock at 1100ppq..so the 64th.s and triplets that i make with evolver are uglysounding when synced to logic. ye i had an xbase and had the same problem there until i started recording xbase seqs. in logic and quntizise it. so evolver dosent send out any sysex?? if it does i could record that into logic and qauntizise that. whay cant they make a softsequenser that i could set my own ppq?? im no techichan but its a real bitch getting this two worlds together. a MPC looks more and more appeling. one thing i could do is to have a TR606(din/sync) as master over the hole system with a 24ppq resolution..but then i have other problems like the tightness/syncing of audiofiles.
