Dave Smith Instruments SYNTHESIZERS

When I first heard this thing I thought(its time to get rid of my 
Electribe EA-1)..But after reading most of your posts here,Im not so 
sure...You can only get one midi track when using an external 
sequencer,(with the EA-1 you get two)..It has a four track sequencer 
but you 
cant string patterns together?Whats the point?(My EA-1 has song mode 
and I can sync it to any sequencer).Now dont get me wrong this thing 
gets some really cool sounds but what use are these sounds if you 
dont have any REAL sequencing features??The midi in this thing seems 
really weak to me..Mabey Im wrong,could someone give me an idea how 
you would use this thing in a midi studio??Thank you..
