I don't have a PEK (only a Tetra now..I sold an MEK) so I'm not fussed either way about this but...I feel I should stick up for DSI as I've had absolutely fantastic support experience in the past. I'm sure they are not forcing anyone to send back old boards. If you don't need them or feel you won't miss them send them back and help a small company out. If you want to keep the old board fine, as you say, it's yours.

The encoders on my old 2nd hand MEK were going a bit "funky" as DSI put it and they shipped me a tube of de-oxit (think around 10 to 12 UK pounds worth) for free from California to the UK for free...nada. They even knew mine was a 2nd hand synth. You can't beat that!
