Btw, my kit has arrived and for you UK people, here are the total costs you will pay (exchange rate of 1.66)

Kit including postage: £280
All duties: £62
Total = £342

Using the same sort of import ratios (20%), the Knobs will cost an extra £85!!

Total with Knobs = £427

So, not quite as cheap as I originally imagined when I saw the $400 cost.  400 / 1.66 = £240
