Hi,

Actually, around where I'm located (in the Chicago area) there
is a chain of stores called "The Container Store" which sell
very nice little (medium and large also) black plastic equipment
cases. One of the sizes fits the Evolver perfectly (together 
with it's power supply and some cables). If you are really 
worried about the knobs, they also have small sheets of foam 
that can be placed over the knobs.
