hello evolvers!
sorry for the plug but this is pretty amazing for us: we just 
released what we believe to be the first (and possibly only) vinyl 
record featuring the evolver!

that's right! our label is the proud owner of evolver 101 and 102 and 
just put out a cool looking 7' orange colored vinyl where ALL the 
synth parts are played by our beloved machine.
it wasn't a premeditate decision but as we were tracking the parts it 
just become evident that the evolver sound was so good and so 
featuring in the mix that we didn't need any other machine.
we mostly even didn't eq'd it as it's sounding excellent raw!

it's a good chance to hear the evolver in a 'track' context. all the 
patches were programmed by us and if you like what you read and want 
to get it we can arrange that (only 500 copies made).

we sent a copy to dave smith too so who knows maybe i'll put up some 
samples on his website

apologies again for the plug, but as i said we're really proud of the 
sound we could achieve with this blue hot monster!
