Re: Mod destination highpass

Stefan - Other than what thligrdd already mentioned, there are two
possibilities for why you may not be hearing any effect:

1) If your highpass filter is set anywhere from i00 to i99, it only
affects the external input. See the quote from the manual below:

************

Highpass: 3 5 S o0…99, i0…99 Sets the cutoff frequency of the four-
pole highpass filter. If set to o00 to o99, the filter is placed
after the analog lowpass filter and VCA, before the Delay. If set to
i00 to i99, the highpass filter is inserted before the analog lowpass
filter, and only affects external input. Refer to the Signal Flow
diagram on page 10. There are two separate highpass filters, one for
each channel, that are controlled in tandem.

Remember that any of the modulation sources can be routed to the
Highpass Filter; for example Envelope 3 can be dedicated to the
Highpass.

************

2) I remember Dave telling me long ago in an email that the highpass
filter sometimes didn't function if you use long delay times (or
maybe something else that is DSP intensive). I THINK this was only a
problem with beta units, and that the production units (with their
larger DSP chips) always work correctly.
