Q regarding sequencer

Q regarding sequencer

2003-06-25 by CarlLöfgren

Hi... I've been playing with my new Evolver for a
couple of hours now, and after been trying and
searching I've found my way here.

I'm glad this mailing list exists.

This maybe a subject often discussed, but... after
looking through the manual I need your expertice
regarding the sequencer.

1) Is it possible to use different note lenghts in the
sequencer?

2) Is it possible to use different Clock Dividers in
the sequences?

Cheers,

Carl.

It's a nono but.....
You can have different note length's using VCA Envelope as a
destination and experiment with decay, sustain and release settings.

With all the available destination's you really don't need step
lenght.

Grtz. Ronald.

Hi Ronald,

What I'm after is to do stuff like this:

<---LONG NOTE--->
<---SHORT NOTE--->
<---SHORT NOTE--->

Are you saying that I can achive the same results
using VCA envelope?

Regards,

Carl.
