waveforms for ocs.3&4

waveforms for ocs.3&4

2004-06-21 by dhamaryder

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone knew where to get something
that describes what all the waveforms are in oscillators 3 and 4,
either an actual drawing of the waveform or some kind of
descriptive title like "Bell 1" etc. In the manual it mentions that
the waveforms are from the VS.

take a look in the files area. There is a list of the orginal VS
waveforms ;)

You'll also find the VS waveform names listed in the "Digital
Waveform Names" topic at EX5Tech (link below). There's a bit more
descriptive detail here, along with some interesting historical
comments from John Bowen. For those of you who don't know, John
worked at Sequential Circuits with Dave Smith in designing many of
the classic Sequential synths, including the VS.

above onto two lines, you may need to copy/paste the link(s) into
your browser address bar.)
