that is damn funny. they even bothered to list the url as
dicksmithinstruments.com.

yes they apparently have "no way of testing it." i guess they dont
know anyone that owns headphones.

but the good news is that it "looks like new." of course thats only
if you definition of new includes things like there being a knob
missing.

Well...  What if it really IS an "Envolver" by Dick Smith?  The seller 
could be from the shady area of China town.

I always loved seeing the cheapo Asian copies that have very similar 
look / name to the originals, but different enough to avoid law suit... 
  It's sort of like an art form, I would say.
